Really good Stay with Attentive Service
private beach breakfast spread golf carts maintained rooms
The private beach was clean , and it had attentive service. Breakfast included an excellent spread of various options. Golf carts provided easy transport around the large resort. The rooms were well maintained and included a nice view , i saw.
i noticed the staff sometimes took a long time to respond to requests for assistance. It was a minor inconvenience , but noticeable.

The housekeeping staff was quick to respond to requests and maintained the rooms well. I found the restaurant and pool bar staff helpful during meals. I observed Eldridge from housekeeping kept the room in great shape.

The resort is spread over a large area , with a close proximity to a clean beach. The landscape is well maintained. I noticed the location had several dining options.

dirty water disruptive noise
the hotel staff was helpful. (i especially liked sara). she was cute and ensured our stay was seamless from check in to check out.
my recent experience wasn't great. the lagoon-facing room we were assigned had dirty water and algae-covered patches. plants were dry and unkempt. major repair work in the parking lot caused disruptive noise, negatively impacting the peaceful ambiance we sought.

perfect cleanliness great detail efficient staff
the housekeeping staff, specifically raj and suraj, maintained perfect cleanliness in my room. they paid close attention to detail, ensuring every corner was well kept. they kept sand out of the room, a testament to their efficiency..
